摘要
大型风力发电增速箱锁紧盘是增速箱的关键部件,用于风力发电增速箱空心轴与发电机组连接,它在风力发动机增速箱中起着十分关键的传递扭矩的重要作用。针对目前的锁紧盘装置,对其结构、加工工艺进行了优化设计,得出了创新点,在保证可靠性的前提下降低了成本,使国产锁紧盘制造技术更具优势。
