加工偏差对风电锁紧盘性能的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对加工偏差造成风电锁紧盘的实际过盈量与设计过盈量偏离,建立了加工偏差模型,并采用ABAQUS软件对各加工偏差模型的装配进行模拟,分析了加工偏差对应力、接触压力和承载转矩的影响。结果表明:加工偏差对风电锁紧盘的承载转矩影响较小,与设计尺寸承载转矩的相对误差小于5%;而加工偏差对应力和接触压力影响明显,尤其在内环和轴套的应力转折处,von Mises应力的最大值和最小值差值达到100 MPa;合理选择加工偏差能够改善各组件应力分布,提高风电锁紧盘的可靠性。 According to the difference caused by machining deviation between the actual and the design magnitude of interfer- ence for wind turbine's shrink disk, machining deviation models were established and their assembly was simulated by using finite element method software ABAQUS, the influence of machining deviation on stress, contact pressure and torque was analyzed. The result has shown that machining deviation has little influence on torque-carrying capacity in comparison with designed model, the relative errors are less than 5%; but machining deviation has great influence on stress and contact pressure, especially at the turning point of stress for inner-ring and sleeve, the difference between the largest and the smallest of yon Mises stress is up to 100 MPa; rea- sonable choice of machining deviation can improve stress distribu- tion and reliability of wind turbine' s shrink disk.
