摘要
吴中朝教授刺络放血从肝论治偏头痛有其独特的经验,病因病机上强调偏头痛与肝有关,在瘀血辨察上特色鲜明,提出了查血脉、探瘀血、找横络、刺其血、务求畅五步法以探查瘀血,治疗上脏腑辨证与经脉辨证相结合。
Professor WU Zhongchao has unique experience in treating migraine. He makes diagnosis according to liver syndrome and treats migraine by blood-letting puncture. In etiology and pathology, he emphasizes that migraine is related to liver. Professor WU possesses advanced experience on blood stasis differentiation and puts forward a five-step method, which includes examining blood vessels, exploring blood stasis, finding small collaterals, performing blood-letting and dredging meridians. In treatment of migrain, he emphasize the combination of syndrome differentiation of Zang-fu viscera and channel theory.
