摘要
[目的]观察清热强肾方联合西药治疗老年风湿病并发症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组48例阿司匹林,100~300mg/次,3次/d;吲哚美辛,25~50mg/次,3次/d。治疗组48例清热强肾方（牛膝、白芍、荆芥、菝葜、薏苡仁、青风藤各16g,川芎、当归、丹参各22g,防已、黄柏、防风、夏枯草、麦冬各13g;热重加金银花、连翘各20g;关节肿甚痛甚加元胡20g,车前子、威灵仙各18g、泽泻16g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、类风湿因子、血沉、关节肿胀、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效39例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率93.75%。对照组显效19例,有效19例,无效10例,总有效率79.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]清热强肾方联合西药治疗老年风湿病并发症疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the heat combined with Western medicine treatment of senile Qiangshen side effect of rheumatic complications. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 96 cases of outpatients by disease Zhi No. ballot method is simple and randomized into two groups. The control group 48 cases of aspirin, 100-300rag / time, 3 times / d; indomethacin, 25-50mg / times, 3 times / d. Treatment group 48 cases of heat Qiangshen party （Niuxi,Baishao,Jingjie, Baqia,Yiyiren,Qingfengteng each 16g, Chuanxiong, Danggui,Danshen 22g, Fangsi,Huangbai,Xiakucao,Maidong each 13g; TGA plus Jinyinhua,Lianqiao 20g; joint swelling and even Tongshen Canadian Yuanhu 20g, Cheqianzi,Weilinhxian 18g, Zexie 16g）, 1 / d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later orally; Western medicine with the control group. 30d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, rheumatoid factor, ESR, joint swelling, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses, to determine efficacy.[Results] treatment group, 39 cases markedly effective in 6 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 93.75%. Control group, 19 cases markedly effective in 19 cases, 10 cases, the total efficiency of 79.17%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Western medicine combined heat Qiangshen side effect is significant complications in elderly rheumatism, worthy of promotion.
