摘要
目的:探讨氨酚羟考酮片对肛肠病术后各种并发症的疗效。方法:对我院320例肛肠病手术患者分为试验组(160例,术后氨酚羟考酮片2片纳肛)和对照组(160例,术后亚甲兰局部注射),观察两组镇痛程度及其他常见并发症情况。结果:试验组的疼痛程度及其他并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:氨酚羟考酮术后纳肛对肛肠术后疼痛及并发症情况有明显改善效果。
Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy of oxycodone-acetaminophen tablet plugging in anus on pain and complication in patients with anorectal disease after operation. Methods： A total 320 patients were divided into 2 groups, and treated with either oxycodone-acetaminophen （2 tablets, plugging in anus immediately after the operation, n = 160） and topical injection of methylthioninium chloride （control, n=160）. The analgesic efficacy and the complications were observed. Results： The pain severity and complications were less after treatment with oxycodone-acetaminophen than after control treatment （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Oxycodone-acetaminophen tablet plugging in anus alleviates the pain and complications in patients with anorectal disease after operation.
