霉菌毒素降解剂与吸附剂对饲料中维生素E、微量元素铜和金霉素排出率的影响

Effects of Mycotoxin Bio - Detoxifying and Binding Products on the Emission of Vitamin E, Copper and Aureomycin in Piglet Diet

摘要 本研究通过比较蒙脱石、无机吸附剂、有机吸附剂、霉菌毒素降解剂对仔猪饲料中维生素E、微量元素铜、金霉素的排出率的异同,分析了不同霉菌毒素解决方案对营养物质消化吸收和功能性添加剂作用效果的影响。试验选用21±2日龄断奶仔猪30头,随机分为5个处理,分为对照组、蒙脱石组、无机吸附剂组、有机吸附剂组、降解剂组,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕-大豆型基础日粮、基础日粮+2kg/吨国产蒙脱石、基础日粮+500g/吨无机吸附剂、基础日粮+500g/吨有机吸附剂、基础日粮+500克/吨降解剂。每个处理6个重复。测定了饲料和粪便中维生素E、微量元素铜、金霉素,计算了四个处理组相对于对照组三种成分的相对排出率。结果表明,四种添加剂组对维生素E的相对排出率分别为118.9%、115.6%、117.5%和100.1%,三种吸附剂组极显著高于对照组和降解剂组(P〈0.01),对照组和降解剂组差异不显著(P〉0.05);四种添加剂组对铜的相对排出率分别为110.0%、113.6%、108.3%和102.9%,蒙脱石组和无机吸附剂组显著高于对照组和降解剂组(P〈0.01),有机吸附剂组、对照组、降解剂组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05);四种添加剂组对金霉素的相对排出率分别约为187%、173%、186%、103%,三种吸附剂组极显著高于对照组和降解剂组(P〈0.01)。结论:霉菌毒素吸附剂对营养物质和功能性成分可能具有不同程度的吸附作用,建议使用时应该酌情增加维生素、微量元素、抗生素等微量成分的用量;霉菌毒素降解剂对营养物质和功能性添加剂没有吸附作用,使用时不用调整维生素、微量元素、抗生素等微量成分的用量。 The mycotoxin binders and bio - detoxifier were the popular solution to prevent an- imals from Mycotoxicosis. The aim of this study was to evaluate effects of montmorillonite, organic and inorganic binders, and mycotoxin bio - detoxifier on the emission of Vitamin E, Copper and Aureomycin in piglet diet. Thirty piglets weaned at 21 + 2d were randomly allocated into 5 treat- ment groups and assigned to receive different diets: basal diet, 2kg/ton montmorillonite supple-mentation in basal diet,500g/ton inorganic binder supplementation in basal diet,500g/ton organic binder supplementation in basal diet, and 500g/ton mycotoxin detoxifier supplementation in basal diet for 10 days. The contents of Vitamin E, Copper and Aureomycin in pig diet and feces sample were determined and the relative emission efficiency of three above ingredients was compared. Results showed that, the Vitamin E emission efficiency of four supplementation diets relative to the basal diet was 118.9%, 115.6%, 117.5% and 100. 1% respectively; the Copper emission efficiency was 110.0% , 113.6%, 108.3% and 102.9% respectively ; the Aureomycin emission efficiency was 187%, 173%, 186% and 103%. The emission efficiency for three ingredients of montmorillonite, organic and inorganic binders diets were all significant higher than the basal diet (P 〈 0.01 ), while there is no significant difference on the emission efficiency between the basal diet and mycotoxin bio - detoxifier supplement diet ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusively, the mycotoxin binders could bind vitamin, microminers and even antibiotics. If they were used in diets, the supply of vitamin, microminers and antibiotics should be increased. One advantage of the myco- toxin bio - detoxifier was no blocking effect on these ingredients.
