摘要:饲料中霉菌毒素的危害已成为全球性的难题,掌握霉菌毒素的防治措施对保障饲料质量和人类食品安全具有重要意义。目前,生物脱霉技术因其安全、高效、环保等优点而逐渐受到重视。本文主要阐述了乳酸菌脱霉的作用机理和最新的研究进展。
Abstract: Mycotoxin in feed has become a global problem, grasping the mycotoxin preven- tion measures to ensure feed quality and human food safety has great significance. Biological de- toxification technology because of its safety, high efficiency, environmental protection and other advantages becomes a hot research. This article mainly reviews mechanisms of degradation of my- cotoxins and the latest research.
