摘要
为了合理利用和保护有限的空间资源,缓解空间各类安全威胁,在对空间自然环境和人为安全威胁等对航天活动影响进行分析的基础上,综述了各种空间安全的减缓措施,重点评述了空间碎片主动移除技术和应对人为安全威胁的空间系统分散化策略现状,以期为我国制定空间主被动安全威胁缓建策略,确保空间活动可持续发展提供参考.
In this papers we analyzed the impact of space natural environment and human security threats on space activities, introduced various mitigation measures of space security, focused on the current situation of spae debris initiative removal technology and disaggregated space system handling human security threats. In order to reasonably use and protect the limited space resources, slow down all kinds of space security threats. And then provided reference for our country to make active-passive mitigation strategies of space security threats to ensure the sustainable development of space activities.
