摘要
非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是一种临床常见疾病,在世界范围内NAFLD患病率呈明显上升趋势,其危险因素有肥胖、糖尿病、高脂血症和服药史等,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段,主要以预防为主。本文对NAFLD的流行病学、危险因素和防治措施的现状作一综述。
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is a common clinical phenomenon, its rates is increasing dramatically around the world. The risk factors for NAFLD include obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and drug history, there is still lack of effective treatment,mainly on Prevention. The author intends to NAFLD epidemiology,make a summary of the current status of risk factors and prevention measures.
