摘要
基于复杂环境行为理论,通过对国内外企业生态合作影响因素的归纳总结,建立了产业集群供应链生态合作绩效关系模型,并开发了设计调查量表,对湖北省4家产业集群区域制造企业进行问卷调查。进一步运用SPSS17.0和AMOS7.0软件,探讨内部组织动力、外部环境压力、产业集群供应链生态合作与生态合作绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明:内部组织动力和环境压力对产业集群供应链生态合作绩效没有显著的正向影响,但是通过产业集群供应链生态合作产生了较强的正向影响。
Based on the complex environmental behavior theory, summarizes the factors of finn green cooperation at home and abroad, this paper develops a dynamic model of cluster supply chain green cooperation, and uses SPSS17.0 and AMOS7.0 tools to analyze the relationships between organization power, environmental pressure, cluster supply chain horizontal ecological cooperation and ecological cooperation performance. Research results show that： The organization power and environment pressure on cluster supply chain horizontal ecological coopera- tion performance are not significant and positive influence, but through the supply chain horizontal ecological coo- peration had strong positive effects.
