摘要
为了诊断仔猪原发性黑色素瘤是良性还是恶性肿瘤,通过临床病理学观察,病理组织学的普通染色、特殊染色及脱黑色素等方法,对两例仔猪的黑色素瘤进行了观察。临床检查,两例仔猪均为出生后就发现有肿瘤,并随着仔猪的生长而不断变大。肿瘤呈半球形隆突于体表,表面有不同程度的破溃、出血和结痂。病理组织学检查,肿瘤具有完整的结缔组织包膜,肿瘤组织内有大小不等的分叶,在间质中浸润较多的淋巴细胞和单核细胞,具有良性肿瘤的特点。而肿瘤细胞呈多形性,如圆形、梭形、星形或长条形等;生长方式又是多样性,极性紊乱,如旋涡状、条索状、结节状、筛状等;瘤细胞还可浸润到间质等,又具有恶性瘤的特点。此外,肿瘤还可引起皮肤肥厚,汗腺细胞增生和毛囊萎缩。研究表明,猪先天性黑色素细胞瘤来源于皮肤的表皮,它虽然是一种良性肿瘤,但易向恶性肿瘤转化,因为瘤细胞的多形性及排列的极性紊乱具有恶性肿瘤的特点。
In order to identify the benign or malignant tumor of the congentital melanoma in piglet,2 piglets with congentital melanoma were observed by means of the clinical and pathological observation, convention- al staining, special staining and removal melanin method. When two piglets were born,their melanoma was found. The tumors were getting bigger with the growth of piglets. The tumors showed hemispherical pro- tuberance on the skin. There were ulceration, bleeding and scab on the surface of tumors. Histopathologi- eally, the melanoma possessed benign tumor characters, for example,the tumors had a complete connective tissue capsule in its outside,there were irregular leaflets in tumor tissue and more lymphocytes and mono- nuclear ceils infiltrated in mesenchyme. But the melanoma also had malignant tumor characters, for exam- ple, the oncocytes were polymorphic, such as rotundity, fusiform and star-like, the growth pattern of tissue also had diversity, such as swirly, cord-like, nodositas, cribriform and so on, the polarity of the tumor tumor cells arrangement was in disorder,the oncocyte also could infiltrate to mesenchyme. In addition,the tumor also caused the dermatauxe, hyperplasia of sweat gland cell and atrophy of hair follicle. This research proved that the congentital melanoma in piglet originated from epidermis of skin. Although the congentital melanoma in piglet is a benign tumor,it is easily to becom malignant tumor. Because the oncocytes have the characters of malignant tumor cells,the oncoeytes have polymorphism and the polarity of its arrangement is disorder.
