摘要
为减小卷烟产品研发成本,缩短研发周期,研制出实验型滚筒烘丝机,并将其与500 kg/h,5 000 kg/h的滚筒烘丝机进行对比研究,以考察滚筒烘丝机在卷烟产品生产中的尺寸放大效应。结果表明:筒壁温度、热风温度、热风速度、热风湿度对烟丝滚筒干燥过程的影响可以用Midilli-Kunck模型准确表征;滚筒干燥机设备尺寸越大出口水分越稳定;为保持产品质量的一致,在应用实验型滚筒干燥机、500 kg/h的滚筒烘丝机、5 000 kg/h的滚筒烘丝机时筒壁温度应依次提高。
In order to accelerate the cycle of new product development and reduce the cost of new products development, the experimental cylinde dryer was developed and compared with 500 kg/la cylinder dryer and 5 000 kg/h cylinde dryer to investigate the scale-up effect of the cylinder Dryer. The results showed that: the correlation between wall temperature, air temperature, air velocity, air humidity and tobacco moisture agreed with Midilli-Kunck model. The tobacco moisture would be more stable, while the scale of cylinder dryer was larger. To keep cylinder drying process quality the same, the larger scale the cylinder dryer had, the more the wall temperature should be.
