摘要
本文针对JY621E履带式液压挖掘机回油胶管在使用中出现的回油胶管爆裂故障，进行了原因分析，提出了新的设计要求，包括耐负压、使用性能、胶料物理性能等要求。经使用验证了设计的效果，避免了此故障的再次发生，提高了产品的可靠性。
This paper aimed at the oil return hose of JY621 E crawler hydraulic excavator which blew out in use, analyzed the reasons, put forward a new design requirement, including resistance to negative pressure, use performance and the physical properties of rubber. The design effect has been verified, a- voiding the fault happening again, and improving the reliability of the product.
