摘要
该文针对JY621E履带式液压挖掘机回油胶管在使用中出现的回油胶管爆裂故障,进行了原因分析,提出了新的设计要求,包括耐负压、使用性能、胶料物理性能等要求,经使用验证了设计的效果,避免了此故障的再次发生,提高了产品的可靠性。
This paper aimed at the oil return hose of JY621E crawler hydraulic excavator which blew out in use,analyzed the reasons,put forwards a new design requirement,including resistance to negative pressure,use performance and the physical properties of rubber,the design effect has been verified,avoided the fault happening again,improved the reliability of the product.
