摘要
药品盘点的账物相符率是财务衡量药剂科药品管理工作的重要指标之一。本文通过药房计算机系统运行各个环节查找账物不相符的原因,指出应通过严格奖惩制度,对药房货架库存药品分区管理,专人管理,严把盘点、出库、入库关等环节,提高账物相符率。
The account coincidence rate of drug inventory is one of the important indexes to judge the quality of drug management of pharmacy department. In this article, based on the investigation of the reasons of account discrepancy rate by computer system of pharmacy department, it was suggested that measures should be taken to improve the account coincidence rate such as the establishment of strict award and penalty system, divisional man-agement of stock drugs, dedicated management, strict control of stocktaking, warehouse entry and delivery, etc..
