摘要
利用盆栽试验,设置0 mmol/L(对照)及100、150、200、250、300 mmol/L 5个盐浓度处理,测定盐胁迫下石4185和豫麦47苗期渗透调节物质的含量变化。结果显示:石4185比豫麦47积累了较多的有机渗透调节物质(脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白),具有更强的渗透调节能力和盐胁迫耐受能力。
With the wheat varieties Shi 4185 and Yumai 47 as materials, the pot tests were adopted to study the variation of osmotica content in seedling period under salt stress.Six salt concentrations were set as 0, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 mmol/L.The results showed that Shi 4185 accumulated more osmotic matters such as proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein than Yumai 47.It indicated that Shi 4185 had stronger os-motic adjustment ability and tolerance to salt stress.
