摘要
测定了0、100、200、400、500、600mmol/L NaCl浓度处理下中华补血草中重要有机渗透调节物质的含量变化;其中在100mmol/L NaCl浓度处理时SS含量增加,然后随盐浓度增加又逐渐减少,MDA含量则与其呈相反趋势;OA含量随盐浓度增加而下降,FAA和Pro含量随盐浓度而增加。结果表明低浓度的盐处理有利于中华补血草的生长,有机渗透调节物质对其在盐胁迫环境下生长起到了一定作用。
