门机荷载作用下高桩码头结构响应试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对高桩码头泊位的码头结构进行调查,对门机荷载作用下的码头进行结构响应试验,同时对码头结构的承载力、裂缝宽度、挠度和抗裂等进行复核计算,结果表明:在门机荷载作用下,门机轨道梁应变未达到混凝土开裂极限,裂缝宽度变化可忽略,横梁混凝土应变未达到混凝土开裂极限;在设计荷载作用下,码头门机轨道梁抗弯承载力满足规范要求;剪力荷载作用效应设计值大于承载力设计值,不满足规范要求;最大裂缝宽度计算值大于裂缝宽度限值,不满足现行规范对裂缝宽度的限制要求;挠度计算值均小于挠度限值,满足规范要求。 Experimental study on response of the high-piled wharf with the loads of gantry crane by investigating the wharf structure is described to calculate the bearing capacity, crack width, deflection and crack resistance of the wharf structure. The following results are shown such that the loads of gantry crane, the strain of portal crane track stringer and the beam's concrete is fail to reach the fracture limit of the concrete, and the change of crack width is always neglected. Under the condition of design loads, the flexural capacity of portal crane track stringer meet the standard requirements; the design values of shear force's effect is greater than those of bearing capacity and fail to meet the standard requirements; the calculated values of maximum crack width is greater than the limited values and fail to meet the standard requirements; the calculated values of deflection is less than the limited values and meet the standard requirements.
