摘要
针对在役码头结构靠泊安全性评估的技术难题,以某15万吨石化码头为工程背景,提出了实时监测与数值模拟综合法对其进行靠泊评估分析,得到了该码头在大型船舶靠泊时主体结构安全、局部新老结构交界处需进行加固的结论,并提出了相应的加固整改的建议。通过本评估研究发现,文中所采用的综合评估法,可弥补单独采用实时监测或数值分析时的不足,得到了较全面的靠泊安全评估结论,可为在役码头结构加固维修提供科学的评估依据。
To resolve the problem of berthing safety evaluation of in-service wharfs, based on a 150,000 ton oil terminal, a comprehen- sive method by real-time monitoring and numerical analysis is proposed, evaluation conclusions are obtained through berthing analysis by the comprehensive method, and corresponding reinforcement recommendations are proposed. The results show that the comprehen- sive evaluation method can make up for the shortcomings of real-time monitoring and numerical analysis, get more accurate evaluation, and provide a scientific basis for reinforcements of in-service wharfs.
