摘要
在了解中国体操后备人才培养原有体制的基础上,采用文献资料法、访谈法等对我国体操后备人才培养面临的问题及未来出路进行分析研究。研究表明,目前我国体操后备人才培养面临的现实问题主要概括为以下几点:基层主管体育部门发生职能划转;观念变化导致体操人才萎缩;全运战略导向;缺乏激励机制。面对现实问题,我们不断改革、探索,逐步形成校园体育——俱乐部——省体校——国家队四级体操后备人才培养的新模式。
On the basis of understanding the original system of reserve personnel training of Chinese gymnastics, this paper analyzes and studies the problems facing reserve personnel training of Chinese gymnastics and future way- out with methods of literature and interview. Research shows these practical problems facing gymnastics reserve personnel training can be mainly summarized as follows: function transfer of grassroots sports authorities; talents reduction due to changes of traditional concept; strategic orientation of National Games; lack of incentive mechanism. Facing the realities, the paper gradually forms a new model of reserve personnel training for gymnastics, namely "the campus sports, clubs, provincial sports school, national team" after constant reform and probes.
