摘要
通过观察、分析全国青年、成年比赛和世界重大比赛高低杠选手的决赛,深层的分析我国高低杠选手现有成套动作的编排。通过借鉴高低杠尖子选手的动作难度的选择和动作连接串预测近几年高低杠项目编排整套动作的发展趋势给予广大教练做一参考依据。
