摘要
采用文献资料法、录像观察与数理统计等方法,以参加里约奥运会女子高低杠单项决赛前8名优秀运动员及所完成的成套动作为研究对象,系统分析里约奥运会女子高低杠技术特征。研究发现:1)世界优秀高低杠运动员所选用的难度组动作多集中在D组和E组,且高难度动作使用率呈上升趋势,动作连接类型趋于集中化发展。2)以高杠D组以上难度接下法的"直接二连接"来完成下法并获得更高连接价值分的运动员呈增加趋势。3)亟待开拓"创新型"、"领潮型"动作编排,将D分最大化和E分扣分最小化的最优组合作为竞技体操成套编排追求的方向。
Using the method of literature, video observation and mathematical statistics, to participate in the Rio Olympic Games set action of the women＇s uneven bars event finals the first 8 outstanding athletes and the completion of the system as the research object, analysis of the Rio Olympic women＇s uneven bars technology new development trend. Research findings： 1 ） difficulty of group action the world elite athletes bars more concentrated in the D group and E group, and high difficulty of use rate is rising, the type of connection tends to focus on the development of action. 2） in group D is more difficult than the high bar dismount ＂ direct connection two＂ to complete the test and obtain more connection value of athletes is increasing. 3 ） the urgent need to develop ＂innovative＂, ＂tide＂ type of action choreography, the maximum of D points and E points to minimize the optimal combination as the direction of the pursuit of complete sets of gymnastics competition.
