摘要
地方经济要发展,依靠的是优秀的人才和先进的技术。地方院校担负着为地方培养人才的艰巨任务。然而现有地方高校培养目标不明确,没有很好的发挥地方院校作用,出现高校毕业生就业困难与高级技工荒矛盾等问题,为此提出坚持为区域经济发展服务的理念,做好人才目标定位,从实际出发,扬长避短,进一步做好人才培养模式改革,重点从人才培养方案制定,师资队伍建设,教学内容与方法改革,机制保障等方面着手,建立适应地方经济发展的应用型人才培养模式。
The development of local economy rely on the outstanding talents and advanced technology. the Local universities have been tasked with fostering talents for the local. In view of contradiction of senior skilled worker shortage and employment difficulty for college graduates result from the not clear objectives of local universities, not play a good roal, the training model reformation of applied talents fitting for local economic development was put forward.it was proposed that Local universities should adhere to serve the regional economic development concept and do a good orientate of target talent; carry out the reform according to the reality and make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages of itself. they can establish the training mode of applied talents for local economic development focus on the talent training scheme, teachers team construction, reform of teaching contents and methods, safeguard mechanism and so on.
