摘要
随着塑胶行业的发展,注塑机械手与注塑机的配套使用成为行业发展的必然。两者的配套使用大大提高了工厂的生产效率,注塑机的生产效率在很大程度上取决于注塑机械手的工作效率。为了提高注塑机械手的设计效率,以参数化设计为基础,运用VBA,实现了对SolidWorks软件的二次开发,对机械手的关键部件进行参数化设计,缩短了机械手的设计周期。再利用用Ansys软件,对机械手的关键部位进行谐响应分析,根据分析结果,对机械手的主臂梁进行优化设计,减少了机械手工作过程中的振动。
With the development of plastic industry,the use of injection molding and injection molding machine manipulator to become the necessity of developing industry.Supporting the use of the two has greatly increased the production efficiency,the production efficiency of injection molding machine manipulator depends largely on plastic injection efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency of injection molding design of the manipulator,based on the parametric design,using VBA,realize the secondary development of SolidWorks software,the parametric design of key parts of the manipulator,shorten the design cycle of the manipulator. Application of Ansys software,the harmonic response analysis is carried out on the key position of the manipulator,according to the results of the analysis on the main arm of the manipulator beam optimization design,reduce the vibration in the working process of the manipulator.
