摘要
目的:观察黄连温胆汤联合西药三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter,HP)相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将68例符合纳入标准的患者的随机分为2组,治疗组34例,对照组34例。对照组采用西药三联疗法即奥美拉唑钠肠溶胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊和克拉霉素片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服中药汤剂黄连温胆汤,疗程14d。所有西药停服1个月后,复查HP,分别观察2组治疗效果。结果:经统计学分析,2组的HP根除率无明显差异(P>0.05);但治疗后,治疗组患者在临床症状、治疗效果、降低HP复发率方面,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连温胆汤三联疗法治疗HP相关性胃炎,患者复发率低,临床疗效可靠,值得临床上推广与应用。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Huanglian WendanDecoction Combined with western medicine triple therapy for the treatment of HP related gastritis. Methods ： 68 patients met the inclusioncriteria were randomly divided the patients into two groups, 34 cases in the treatment group, 34 cases in the control group, no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in gender, age, disease and statistical analysis etc.. The control group treated with Western Medicine Triple Therapy of omeprazole sodium enteric coated capsules, namely amoxicillin and clarithromycin in treatment, the treatment group based on the decoction of Chinese medicine Huanglian Wendan Decoction, period of treatment is 14 days, all western medicineto stop taking after January, review of HP, observe the treatment effect of the two groups. Results： no significant statistically the eradication rate of HP of the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） ; but in the clinical symptoms, improve the therapeutic effect and improve the patients to reduce the recurrence rate of HP, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Huang Lianwen gallbladder decoction combined with western medicinetriple therapy for the treatment of HP related gastritis patients, clinicalcurative effect is reliable, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinicalpopularization and application.
