转录因子YY1的结构、调控及其在血液肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 转录因子Yin Yang(YY)1在多种组织中广泛表达,YY1通过影响细胞增殖、凋亡及分化等生命过程,从而在生物体内发挥着重要作用。YY1具有复杂的转录调控机制,依赖于接触不同的蛋白辅助因子,可激活或抑制相关基因。已有大量有关YY1在各种肿瘤,如淋巴瘤、白血病、前列腺癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、结肠癌等中表达及调控机制的研究,结果表明YY1在绝大多数肿瘤中异常高表达,并且与其肿瘤的形成、进展及不良预后有关。本文从YY1的基因结构及调控机制入手,集中阐述YY1与血液肿瘤相关的研究进展,对其在常见血液肿瘤中的表达、功能及预后等关系等作一综述。 The transcription factor Yin Yang (YY)1, expressed in many cell type, isknown to have a fundamental role in normal biologic processes, such as cell proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation. Depending on the context in which it binds,YY1 can act as a transcriptional repressor, activator, regulate related genes expression. Its expression and regulation mechanism has been studied in an increasingly wide range of human cancers, including lymphoma, leukemia, prostatic carcinoma, breast cancer, cervical cancer colonic cancer. Recent advances have revealed that YY1 is up-regulated in most of human cancer. Its overexpression has been associated with tumorigenesis, tumor progression and poor prognosis. In this review, we summarize recent progresses in the study of structure and regulation mechanism of YY 1, as well as dysregulated YY1 involved in hematologic malignancies.
