金属硫蛋白与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 金属硫蛋白(metallothionein,MT)是一类普遍存在于生物体内的富含半胱氨酸、相对分子质量较低的金属结合蛋白。MT在不同类型恶性肿瘤中的表达情况及其作用机制存在差异。本文主要针对金属硫蛋白在实体瘤和血液肿瘤中的关系进行综述。
