摘要
目的对比研究西吡氯铵与聚维酮碘含漱液治疗口腔念珠菌感染的应用价值。方法将74例口腔念珠菌感染患者随机分为两组各37例。观察组给予西吡氯铵含漱液治疗,对照组给予聚维酮碘含漱液治疗。记录两组患者治疗前后的口腔红斑、粘膜萎缩以及疼痛症状评分,并对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组红斑、粘膜萎缩以及口腔疼痛等症状评分相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者以上指标均显著改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为97.3%,高于对照组的78.4%,不良反应发生率为2.7%,低于对照组的21.6%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西吡氯铵用于治疗口腔念珠菌感染的疗效优于聚维酮碘,能有效改善患者口腔症状,不良反应少,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare and study the application value of cetylpyridinium chloride and povidone iodine in the treatment of oral candidiasis. Methods 74 cases of patients with oral candidiasis were randomly divided into two groups, with 37 cases per group. The observation group was given cetylpyridinium chloride gargle, the control group was given povidone iodine gargle. The scores of oral erythroplakia, mucosa atrophy and pain before and after treatment were recorded, the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The scores of oral erythroplakia, mucosa atrophy and pain before treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the above indexes of two groups were improved, and the improvement degree of observation group was better than that of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 97.3%, higher than 78.4%of control group;the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.7%, lower than 21.6%of control group;all the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The clinical effect of cetylpyridinium chloride is significantly better than povidone iodine in treating oral candidiasis, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with less adverse reactions, and deserves clinical promotion.
