摘要
推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化是我国全面深化改革的总目标,基础教育应紧紧围绕这一总目标,将提升学校治理能力和水平作为教育改革的着力点。尊重教育规律是提升教育治理能力水平的前提,丰富教育民主是提升教育治理能力水平的基础,建立现代学校制度是提升教育治理能力水平的关键,坚持依法治教是提升教育治理能力水平的保障。
Promoting modernization of national governing system and competence is the general goal of China＇s further reform, so basic education should closely center on the goal and try hard to enhance school governing competence and levels in the process of education reform. Respecting the law of education is the precondition, enriching educational democracy is the basis, establishing modern school system is the key, and sticking to rules of law is the guarantee for promoting the competence and level of educational governance.
