摘要
为了实现国内蓝莓产业发展,自主研发了GYL062型牵引振动式蓝莓采摘机。介绍了该蓝莓采摘机的结构和工作原理,设计了蓝莓采摘机的液压系统原理图。同时,选择调整采摘高度的升降液压缸为研究对象,分析了双作用单活塞杆的运动速度与缸内液体压力的变化规律,并应用AMESim软件对升降系统液压回路进行了建模与仿真。仿真结果表明:所设计的升降系统回路满足要求,为蓝莓采摘机及其液压系统的改进和优化设计提供了理论依据。
In order to achieve the domestic blueberry industry development , the GYL062 traction vibrating blueberrypicking machine was independent researched .This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the blueberrypicking machine, designs the blueberry picking machine hydraulic system schematic diagram , selects adjust picking theheight of the lift hydraulic cylinder as the research object , analyses the double effect of single rate of movement of the pis -ton rod and the changing regularity of the liquid in the cylinder , and the application of AMESim software for hydrauliccircuits of the lifting system modeling and simulation .The simulation results show that the circuit design of lifting systemmeeting the requirements, and provide theoretical basis for improvement and optimization design of blueberry picking ma -chine and its hydraulic system.
