大孔树脂分离纯化蓝莓花色苷研究 被引量:7

摘要 以蓝莓粗提液为原料,研究6种大孔吸附树脂对蓝莓花色苷吸附和解吸性能,优化NKA–2树脂对蓝莓花色苷吸附和解吸条件。实验结果表明,NKA–2树脂对蓝莓花色苷纯化效果较好;蓝莓花色苷在NKA–2树脂上吸附平衡时间为4 h,解吸平衡时间为3 h,40℃、pH 3.0时吸附率较高,采用体积分数为70%乙醇解吸可取得较好解吸率;动态吸附最佳条件为:上样流速2 ml/min,70%乙醇解吸流速为2 ml/min。 The adsorption and desorption peformance of six kinds of macroporous resins to blueberry anthoeyanins which used crude blueberry liquid as raw materials were carefully investigated, which can optimize the adsorption and desorption conditions of NKA-2 macroporous to blueberry anthoeyanins. Among of them, NKA-2 macroporous resins exhibited the excellent characteristics for blueberry anthocyanins purification and then further explored. It was found that the time of absorption and desorption equilibrium was 4 h and 3 h. At the conditions of pH 3.0 and 40℃, the highest adsorption ability for blueberry anthocyanins was achieved, and 70% ethanol solution was used to desorpt the anthocyanins blueberry from NKA-2 macroporous resins. The best conditions of dynamic adsorption: feed rate 2ml/min, 70% ethanol desorption rate 2ml/min.
