摘要
在基于UG8.0建立的虚拟样机基础上,对水稻割晒机割台的各部件进行运动仿真。在对水稻割晒机割台各部件的运动规律进行分析后,将对应的变量参数导入SPSS19.0进行变量的相关性分析。结果表明:割晒机输送带转速与输送带主动辊扭矩呈正相关,切割器动刀片速度和受力无明显的相关性,拨禾轮的转速与扭矩无明显的相关性。以上研究可为提高水稻割晒机割台放铺效果的研究提供一定的理论基础。
In this paper , it take a motion simulation of virtual prototype built on the basis of UG 8 .0 based on rice swather cutting the parts table .After analysis the movement of each component of rice swather cutting , then import the corresponding variable parameters in SPSS 19 .0 correlation analysis variables ,we can get a conclusion that swather con -veyor belt conveyor belt speed and torque of the drive roll is positively related to the cutter blade , speed and force there was no obvious correlation between the rotational speed and torque , poking grain wheel have no obvious correlation .The research providing a theoretical basis for improving rice swather cutting table and lays a good foundation .
