摘要
阐述了谐响应分析理论,在对4LY-Z油菜收获机横竖割刀驱动机构受力情况进行理论分析的基础上,运用ANSYS软件对割台框架进行了谐响应分析;模拟了4LY-Z油菜收获机在田间工作是割台框架的振动情况,模拟结果与收获机在田间工作时产生的振动情况一致。这一结果为减小振动和割台框架的轻量化设计提供了理论依据。
The theory of harmonic response analysis was described;The harmonic response analysis of the frame of cutting table was carried out using software ANSYS after the acting force of drive mechanisms which motivate the horizontal cutter and vertical cutter was obtained.Vibration of cutting table on 4LY-Z rape combine harvester was simulated.The calculation results are goodly coincident with the actual vibration.The conclusions from the analysis provide reference for vibration control and the lightweight of cutting table.
