摘要
简述了有限元模态分析和谐响应分析的基本理论,对烟丝生产线偏心连杆振动输送机振槽进行模态分析和谐响应分析,得到各阶固有频率和位移响应,然后从结构和材料方面研究了对结构动态特性的影响。为偏心连杆振动输送机振槽的设计提供了一种行之有效的研究方法。
The paper describes the basic theory of finite element modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, with the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis for vibration slot of eccentric link vibrating conveyor in tobacco produc- tion line, in order to figure out the inherent frequency and displacement responses, and then the effect on the structural dynamic characteristics is studied in the aspect of the structure and material in the paper, providing an effective research method for the design of vibration slot of eccentric link vibrating conveyer.
