摘要
介绍了射流管式伺服阀的组成结构和工作原理,分析了影响射流管式伺服阀耐久性潜在薄弱项的失效机理,并分别进行了软件仿真和耐久性寿命计算,通过软件仿真和理论计算得出了射流管式伺服阀潜在薄弱项的耐久性寿命。仿真和计算结果表明:影响射流管式伺服阀耐久性潜在薄弱项寿命均满足国家标准要求。研究方法和结果对于射流管式伺服阀故障的定性分析、预测和耐久性寿命的定量计算具有重要的参考价值。
The jet-pipe servovalve is widely used in the fields of aeronautics and astronautics;it is a kind of typical two-stage flow control electro-hydraulic servo-valve,whose performance will degradate due to work loads and environmental loads in practical use. The structure and working principle of jet-pipe servo-valve are introduced,the failure mechanism of weak item affecting jet-pipe serv-valve durability is analysed,the software simulation is conducted and the durability lifetime is calculated. The weak item's durability lives of the jet-pipe servo-valve are obtained with software simulation and theoretical calculation respectively. The results and their analysis show preliminarily that the jet-pipe servo-valve durability life meets its standard requirements. Software simulation and durability life calculation method can be used to predict similar durability lifetime and evaluate product's durability level;this,we believe,is useful for improving product's durability design.
