摘要
介绍了高比能脉冲电容器的工作原理和发展过程,指出现阶段该产品存在的问题。通过对技术经济指标、设计参数选择、制造工艺、等效串联电阻及电容损失等5个方面的分析,认为脉冲电容器技术经济指标应协调比能、充放电次数和使用年限三者间的关系,并建议高比能脉冲电容器采购前进行技术准备。
Inthispaper, theworkingprincipleanddevelopment processof highspecificenergypulsecapacitor isintroducedandtheproblemsexisted at present stagearepointed out. It isthought that, throughout analysis insuch 5 aspects as technical data, choice of design parameter, manufacturing process, equivalent series resistanceand capacitanceloss, thetechnical datashall therelationship amongspecific energy, chargeand discharge times and operation life. And technical preparation before the purchase of such capacitor is also suggested.
