摘要
当前离散型制造企业管理的不透明,导致生产现场出现的各种问题不能及时、有效、直观地呈现,致使管理者难以做出调整和决策,现提出管理驾驶舱系统,其能有效解决该问题。首先介绍了管理驾驶舱系统的概念、特点,并对其进行应用分析,阐述其组成部分及关键性的指标体系,最后在J2EE平台上实现了管理驾驶舱系统。
The management opacity in current discrete manufacturing enterprise leads to unable timely and effectively dealing with the production process,and brings about the managers to make difficult adjustments and decisions. It introduces the concept and characteristics of management cockpit,analyzes the critical component of the index system and its construction,develops finally the management cockpit system on the J2 EE platform.
