Improving Medical Service Quality with Comprehensive Appointment Mode Under COVID-19 Epidemic

摘要 在抗击新冠肺炎疫情的“持久战”中,有效实施疫情防控,同时优化医疗资源配置,缓解患者挂号困难、候诊时间长的现象。南京市妇幼保健院以信息化建设为基础,从医院现状、科室特点、患者需求、基层服务四方面设计,推行多形式、多元化的全面预约模式来满足患者的需求。全面预约诊疗模式下,医院的门诊预约诊疗率大幅提高,候诊时间整体缩短,患者满意度明显提升,形成了良好就诊秩序,实现了门诊有序、高效、安全运行。全面的预约诊疗模式是应对疫情积极、有效的措施,也是后疫情时代改善医疗服务的重要举措。 During "protracted war" fighting against COVID-19,we should implement epidemic prevention and control effectively,optimize allocation of medical resources,alleviate difficulties of patients in registration and long waiting time.Based on information construction,Nanjing Maternal and Children Health Hospital designed from four aspects:current situation of the hospital,characteristics of departments,patient’s needs and grass-roots services,and implemented multi-form and diversified comprehensive reservation mode to meet needs of patients.Under the mode,outpatient appointment rate of the hospital was greatly improved,waiting time was shortened as a whole,satisfaction degree of patients was significantly improved,with good medical order,to realize orderly,efficient and safe operation of outpatient service.Comprehensive appointment mode is a positive and effective measure to deal with epidemic situation,and important measure to improve medical services in post epidemic era.
