摘要
为了解矿用深沟球轴承在服役过程中的受力情况,以KS-500型双链刮板输送机主动链轮组6019深沟球轴承为研究对象,利用大型有限元软件分析计算了该轴承滚珠与内外圈之间接触应力的分布情况,并进行了疲劳寿命计算。
To understand the stress situation of the deep groove ball bearings in service, the distribution of contact stress between the inside and outside ring and the bearing ball, which is in 6019 bearings of the drive sprocket components in KS-500-type double-stranded scraper conveyor, is calculated and analyzed by using a finite element software in this paper, and the fatigue life calculations is performed as well.
