摘要
针对某一水轮机结构,推力轴承作为其重要部件,其运转状态的好坏对水轮机运行的安全性和平稳性产生重大影响。因此对水轮机推力轴承进行动力学仿真及结构分析,研究推力轴承运动时的特征,为该推力轴承实时监控提供理论支撑,具有十分重要的意义。介绍了该水轮机轴承内部的运动学关系,建立了该轴承的有限元模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力学模块对该轴承的运动过程进行了仿真,并用LS-PREPOST进行后处理,分析了滚动轴承在正常情况下,轴承各部件的应力、位移分布规律,为水轮机推力轴承的正常运转提供了理论依据。
Thrust bearing is an important component of the turbine structure,its quality affects the safety and stability of the turbine operation. Therefore,its dynamics simulation and structural analysis and investigation on its movement characteristics are of great significance to theoretical support for real-time monitoring. This paper describes the kinematic relations inside the turbine bearing,builds its finite element model and simulases motion of rolling bearings by using ANSYS / LS-DYNA explicit dynamics module. It also shows the stress and displacement distribution of the bearing operating under normal conditions by processing the result using LSPREPOST. The theoretical basis is provided for smoothly operating the turbine.
