摘要
文章运用TRIZ矛盾分析理论,通过对待解决问题进行分析,寻找出解决问题的入手点;通过定义技术矛盾和查找矛盾矩阵确定发明原理,利用知识重用理论,综合考虑已有的创新设计知识库,生成创新备选方案集;以产品的技术性能、经济性能、绿色性能为评价指标对创新备选方案集进行评价,筛选出最优解决方案,指导创新问题的解决;以电动汽车电机的改进设计为例,说明该方法的具体实施过程。
Using the contradiction analysis theory of Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ),the solution is found out by analyzing the problem to be solved.By defining the technical contradictions and finding the contradiction matrix to determine the inventive principles,using the knowledge reuse theory,and considering the existing innovation design knowledge base,the innovative alternatives solution set is generated.Setting the technology performance,economic performance and green performance of the product as the evaluation index to evaluate the innovative alternatives solution set,the optimal solution is selected which can be a guide for solving the innovation problem.Taking the improved design of the electric vehicle motor as an example,the specific implementation process of the method is illustrated.
