摘要
调查分析了河南省食品企业人才需求现状,结合信阳农林学院食品专业特点与人才培养的现状,探讨了"课题学习法"在食品专业特色人才、创新人才培养中的应用,为应用型食品工程人才的培养提供了新途径。
Investigating and analyzing the status of talent demand of Henan Province food business,discussing the application of＂topic learning method ＂in characteristic talent and innovative talents cultivation of food specialty and combining the characteristic and talent training of food specialty of Xinyang College of Agriculture and Forestry,all this provides a new way of how to train practical food engineering talents.
