摘要
采用浸渍法和索氏提取法提取柑橘皮中的黄色素,确定其最佳工艺条件。结果表明,浸渍法的最佳工艺条件是:以95%乙醇为提取剂,50℃浸渍3次,每次5h,共需15h;以相同的提取溶剂和稀释倍数,采用索氏提取法,在95℃水浴温度下,只需回流2h,就能优于浸渍法的提取效果。
To determine the optimum process conditions of extracting the yellow pigment from orange peel,we used two method of impregnation and soxhlet extraction in this articel. The results showed that the optimum conditions of impregnation method was for 3 times at 50℃ dipping,5h each time,amounted to 15 h,using 95% ethanol as extraction agent. The extraction effect of soxhlet extaction was better than impregnation menthod with the same extraction solvent and dilution,simply returning 2h at 95℃ water bath temperature.
