产、学、研“三位一体”的高职院校教师团队发展的基本规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 产、学、研"三位一体"的高职院校教师团队发展既有外部规律,又有内部规律。在外部规律方面,本文阐述了国家政策的用词变化对高职院校教师团队发展方向的影响,在分析高职院校基本职能的基础上,明确了产、学、研"三位一体"的高职院校教师团队建设的必要性,以及不同高职院校(或学科及专业)对团队建设的不同目标定位;同时论述了高职院校需变"知识的传播器"为"知识的经纪人"才能为产、学、研"三位一体"的教师团队建设提供更广阔的平台。在内部规律方面,本文从团队组成和建设两个方面展开了研究,分析了高职院校不同产学研合作模式下的产、学、研"三位一体"的教师团队的成员组成特点,同时从动荡、稳定、创新三个阶段的不同特点分析了产、学、研"三位一体"的高职院校教师团队发展的建设规律。 The teacher team development in higher vocational colleges based on production-study-research "three-in-one" has not only external rules but also internal rules. On external rules, this paper elaborates the influence of wording changes in national policies on the directions of teacher team development in higher vocational colleges, and based on analyzing the basic functions of higher vocational colleges, clarifies the necessity of teacher team construction in higher vocational colleges based on production-study-research "three-in-one", as well as the different target locations of team construction in different higher vocational colleges(or disciplines and majors). It also expounds that higher vocational colleges should transform from "knowledge propagators" to "knowledge agents", in order to provide a broader platform for teacher team construction. On internal rules, this paper carries out the research from team composition and construction, analyzes the characteristics of member composition of teacher teams in higher vocational colleges based on production-study-research "three-in-one" under different production-study-research cooperation models, and from the different characteristics of such three stages as turbulence, stability and innovation, analyzes the construction rules of teacher team development in higher vocational colleges based on production-study-research "three-in-one".
