摘要
建立了湿法消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定富锗煤烟灰中锗含量的方法,研究了样品预处理、进样系统、光谱干扰、等离子体测定条件对测定结果的影响.在优化实验条件下,方法的相对标准偏差0.79%,加标回收率98.55%-105.85%,表明该方法具有较好的准确度和精密度.
The content of germanium in rich germanium soot was determined by ICP-AES using wet digestion. Theinfluences of samples pre-treatment,sampling system,spectral interference and plasma measurement conditions onthe determination results were studied. Under optimized experimental conditions,the relative standard deviations ofthe method and the standard addition recoveries were 0.79% and 98.55%-105.85%,respectively. The results showedthat the method has good accuracy and precision.
