摘要
本文提出了在综合考虑电力交易涉及的各类业务数据及电力交易中心维护的交易数据的基础上,以达到对电力交易的事前精心预测,事中精细监控反馈,事后精益分析的全范围、全过程购电精益化管理为目标,综合运用JSP、JSCharts、Weblogic、Oracle等技术,设计并实现电力交易辅助决策系统。该系统实现了对市场成员的信息化管理,对购电方案的系统辅助编制,对电力交易实时数据的跟踪展示,对交易完成数据的多维度统计分析,为电力交易中心构建了一套良好的辅助决策系统。
This paper puts forward a comprehensive consideration of all kinds of business transaction data, including its center maintenance data, and designs an applicable auxiliary decision-making system used inthe power transaction through the well integration of the technology of JSP, JSCharts, Weblogic, Oracle and so forth. In this way, we can achieve our goal of a profound and deliberate management of the all-round process of power trading by predicting and forecasting well in advance, controlling and giving feedback more carefully during the process, and making a close analysis after the business transaction. Besides, the auxiliary decision-making system is also helpful and indeed necessary in the information management of its market members, the making of power purchase programs, keeping a track of real time data demonstration and the multidimensional statistical analysis after the transaction. On a whole, the above-mentioned system provides a good set of auxiliary decision-making system for the power trading center.
