摘要
目的：探究小儿肺炎患者采用针对性护理的措施和效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年7月收治的31例小儿肺炎患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组17例采取针对性护理，对照组14例患者选择常规护理，比较护理效果。结果实验组患者得到94.12%的护理有效率，对照组患者得到71.43%的护理有效率。两组患者的护理效果差异较为显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿肺炎患者选择针对性的护理模式，可促使治疗效果的提高，减少不良反应，缓解身体不适，值得推荐。
Objective Targeted nursing care approach and its effect to children patients with pneumonia are to be investigated. Methods Choose 31 children patients with pneumonia who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to July 2014 and separate them into two groups at random;17 patients in study group are given targeted nursing care,while 14 patients in control group are given conventional treatment,and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group is 94.12%,while treatment efficacy in control group is 71.43%;there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing care is conducive to improving pneumonia patients’treatment efficacy,reducing their adverse reactions and relieving patients’physical symptoms;thus,it is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
