摘要
利用柞蚕蛹作为中间寄主对白蛾周氏啮小蜂进行室内大量繁育,探讨季节性等客观因素对此生物天敌在繁育过程中寄生率、保存率的影响,结果表明,5月下旬~6月上旬所繁育的周氏啮小蜂保存率较高,而7月上、中旬所繁育的周氏啮小蜂保存率相对偏低。控制温湿度、注意通风等尤为重要,能达到较好的繁育效果,取得预期的防治目的。
In this paper large-scale indoor reproduction of Chouioia cunea was carried out using the pupae of Antherea pernyi as the interhost to study the effects of seasonality objective factors on the parasitic rate and survival rate of the natural enemy organism in reproduction and its reproduction. The results showed that the survival rate of Chouioia cunea reproduced was higher from late May to early June but lower in early and middle July. Temperature and moisture control and ventilation were especially important to get good reproduction effects and achieve the expected control aim.
