摘要
益蝽作为一种优良的天敌昆虫,在“以虫治虫”的生物防治中发挥着重要作用。在益蝽人工规模化繁殖过程中,为了节约饲养空间,提高益蝽若虫存活率,本文比较了孵化盒与孵化笼对益蝽若虫存活率及不同规格饲养笼对益蝽若虫存活率的影响。结果表明:孵化笼中分别放入3 000粒和6 000粒益蝽卵,3龄益蝽若虫存活率分别为75.31%和69.17%,相较孵化盒若虫存活率(8.84%和4.44%)均有极显著提高;不同规格饲养笼放入相同数量的1龄益蝽若虫,孵化后大饲养笼的益蝽若虫存活率较小饲养笼极显著增加,但采用小饲养笼可以繁育更多益蝽。综上所述,孵化笼可有效提高益蝽孵化率和益蝽低龄若虫的存活率;大饲养笼可提高益蝽若虫存活率,但小饲养笼可显著提升饲养空间的利用率,从而提升扩繁效率,可以用于益蝽规模化繁殖。
As an excellent natural enemy insect,Picromerus lewisi Scott plays an important role in the biological control of"pest control".In this paper,we compared the effects of incubation boxes and incubation cages on the survival rates of the P.lewisi nymphs,as well as the effects of different sizes of rearing cages on the survival rates of nymphs,so as to save rearing space and improve the survival rates of nymphs in the process of artificial large-scale reproduction of P.lewisi.The results showed that the survival rates of the 3rd nymphs were 75.31%and 69.17%respectively when 3000 and 6000 eggs were placed in the incubation cages respectively,which showed a extremely significant increase com-pared with the survival rate of the 3rd nymphs in the incubation boxes(8.84%and 4.44%respectively).The equivalent number of 1st nymphs were placed in different sizes of rearing cages,then we found that the survival rates of nymphs in big rearing cages were extremely significant higher than those in small rearing cages after incubation.However,using small rearing cages could breed a larger number of P.lewisi.In summary,incubation cages can effectively improve the incubation rates and the survival rates of the low instars of P.lewisi.Although big rearing cages can improve the survival rates of P.lewisi nymphs,small rearing cages can significantly improve the utilization rate of the rearing space,thus can enhance the expansion efficiency.So that,small rearing cages can be used for large-scale reproduction of P.lewisi.
