摘要
目的探究中医、西医等不同治疗方法对支气管哮喘的防治效果。方法选取2013年5月~2014年5月收治的80例支气管哮喘患者,将其分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）,给予观察组患者口服孟鲁斯特,给予对照组患者哮灵膏。对比两组患者治疗有效率,肺功能、哮喘控制。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95%,对照组治疗总有效率为90%,两组差异对比无意义（P〉0.05）。结论中医和西医在防治支气管哮喘效果大致相同,均能改善患者肺功能,提高ACT评分,是防治哮喘的有效方法,都值得临床推广和应用,医生可根据患者实际病情制定防治措施,以达到更好的防治效果。
Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of bronchial asthma control effect.Methods From May 2013 to May 2014 treated 80 cases of patients with bronchial asthma,it can be divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases） and observation group patients＇ oral meng rust,control group patients＇ xiao ling cream.Compared with two groups of patients efficiently,lung function,asthma control.Results Observation group treatment the total effective rate was 95%,control group total effective rate was 90%,the difference between the two groups compared insignificant（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The effect of Chinese medicine and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma is roughly same,all can improve patients with pulmonary function,improve the ACT score,is an effective method for prevention and treatment of asthma,is worth the clinical promotion and application,doctors can according to the actual patient for prevention and control measures,in order to achieve better control effect.
